The Tilted Frame Project
Is in honor of my late Abuela and Grandpa who I love dearly.
This for all the stories of those wiser and who can inspire us to be our better selves. That have lived through so much joyous and sorrowful times. To hear about their hopes & dreams and how they got there.
I am so excited and can’t wait to write their stories for them. For the past is ingrained in our lives and in those around us, Their life should not end here lets make them be born again.

Here is the poem that I wrote dedicated to my Abuela that inspired this
” Tilted Frame”
Past, present
Black and white
In the past, there are no more photos,
But in the present they find their future,
Oh, how she dreads the sound of death,
Crying through that tilted frame of old.
Before the night comes,
She looks at her old friend and sees what a life spent.
The photo may just be black and white,
But it shows the colors of a long life lived.
